Not really, because they talk about how he's part of the underworld, and criminal figure. That means he should have some access to the scummier elements, even if he can't call on other sub faction specific units. Enforcers, free lance bounty hunters, etc, make sense for him, while Black Sun or Hutt units don't. Kinda moot point, as we haven't' even seen him in the dang show yet, so we'll see how he's eventually portrayed.
