My box was missing some parts since March. I've written Thaad but I haven't gotten any response whether on e-mail or received any parts. Has FFG revoked its parts replacement policy?

I haven't heard of any change to their policy, either from FFG or from other customers. I'm surprised she hasn't gotten back to you by now. Even if they were busy you'd think after two months they'd get to your email. Have you sent any follow up requests? Maybe your original email got lost on the web somewhere - these things do happen.
I'd say send another email, and if they don't get back to you inside a week, try e-mailing some other contact email on the website.
I agree with Steve-O, FFG is usually pretty good. When I bought Runebound a couple of months back it was missing one of the heroes I emailed FFG and got a response that day and the replacement the next week.
Probably just an oversight. Send another email. CS has never taken more than a day or two to respond and replacement parts have always arrived within a couple of days.
