I've had it previously clarified that when a multi-figure group is deploying that all figures must be deployed to one deployment point. I had a situation come up where I had a lone rSnowtrooper on the map at status phase and 4 threat to spend. I opted to reinforce 2 rSnowtroopers. Can these 2 figures be split to any active deployment points or do they still have be dropped on one deployment point since they are from the same group?

You deploy groups, you reinforce figures. It thus directly follows you can reinforce to different active deployment points.
