Now that Epic Battles is released, I'm curious which scenarios are your favorites?
Favorite Epic Battles Scenario?
I haven't played any of the scenarios yet, just a few 200 point matches using the CR-90 on one side of the battle or the other. However I'm thinking Atmospheric Entry looks interesting. And the 8 player free for all where everyone has their own squadron looks like chaotic fun.

Preordering ain't like dusting crops, boy.
Sometimes your **** is still in the mail a week later. 😥
Edited by Darth MeanieGrab what you can if you see the epic or huge ship packs. Supply has been spotty, some LGS have them, some never got them...

Or sometimes it gets completely dropped because somebody didn't count their stock correctly, and you have to start over completely.
All my local stores are out too 😢
I managed to get my stuff, but I haven't had a chance to get a game in yet. I think there are some very interesting ones. I haven't even really read through them all yet. Key Cargo Retrieval seems quite interesting and I think it will have a lot of nuance. The ships in reserve and the ships dropping the packages seems like it could get wild.
I think the most important aspect of Atmospheric Entry is that it states you can only remove one ship per turn under the Package Delivered! rules that have a ship with cargo popping off the board.
Tried out Aces High this week due to the repeated high reviews. Definitely enjoyed it and somehow everybody brought a ship that outright countered each other.
Norra with Ezra Gunner and Ion Turret vs Guri vs Latts Razi with 0-0-0 and 4-LOM - Er... do I want to close to range one or...?
Next week I want to put huge ships on the map. I have lists ready and I want to go now.
Is there an official PDF of the scenarios? I wanted to list-build, but my booklet is at home.

Short answer: No
Long Answer: One of the selling points for Epic Battles is the scenarios. With this in mind, why would FFG put up an official PDF of the scenarios?

Because most, if not all of the content in Epic Battles also requires special tokens and upgrade cards from box, including the new Wing Tools, making the specific scenarios less valuable?

The expansion is EPIC BATTLES. If the epic battles are published for free, it can then be called WHY DO I NEED THIS JUST FOR CHITS.
Edited by Darth MeanieAtmospheric Entry is my favorite. Passing Engagement is nice because it's balanced by having identical objectives for both players, but that also makes it a little less interesting than Atmospheric Entry. Still a very good example of introducing a simple objective into the game to great effect.
I need to play the 6x3 scenarios. I started All Wings Report In, but my kids gave up after round 2 (ages 10 and 9). Moralo Eval was ready to escape at the end of round 3, and the attackers were set to destroy the C-ROC, which would net two priority tokens for each team. If we could reach the Z-95s in time (a wing of 3 with one token each) we had a chance, but there was a lot of ground to cover, and Duchess was being hounded by Fenn Rau and Captain Nym. The one thing going for the attackers was that only one ship could escape per round, just like Atmospheric Entry. (Oh man, you got me battrepping!)
Anyway, All Wings Report in is odd because one player is trying to run while four are trying to attack. The defending player needs to have a good attitude because it's easy to feel frustrated with four players ganging up on you. I'll put down a cautious "it's balanced," with the caveat that I've only played with three attackers, not four.
Looking forward to trying out more scenarios!
