Looks good. Titus is pretty terrible, though. He might work with Rift Ambush, but alone he's hard to justify as they'll see him coming and thwart him immediately. Hondo, maybe?

Most Wanted, Surprise Attack or Advanced Gunnery are likely to get you farther than Precision Strike. Dodonna or a Yavaris bomber wing will be thrilled to choose it; even if they don't have the bid that limits your options for initiative.

I find that Decimators and slow rogues in general absolutely MUST have Intel, otherwise the scatter aces really neuter them.

I’m no expert on Palpatine, but the single turn might not be enough, especially if they can spread out, lock your rogues down, and prevent you from concentrating fire.
