Edited by Ace_of_SpadesJust also wanted to add that Saw and Stella Gerrera ran a resistance cell against the puppet leader and CIS occupation for awhile on Onderon. They were most likely not the only sort of small cell operatives during the Clone Wars.
Clone Wars era IA would work and be thematic.
If there was a Clone Wars box, FFG would release an expansion with pivotal characters like Cad Bane and Padme Amidala way before they'd even think about announcing such obscure and insignificant characters like Ahsoka and Anakin.
Actually Clone Force 99/Bad Batch and Separately Quinlan Vos also operate on a similar small hit and run style against larger forces. There are tons of options and I would still be all over anything Clone Wars.
