Can anyone point out what happens when a wing leader bumps?

Do the wing mates still get placed? Does the wing split?

If the wing still gets placed, do the wing mates still get their action?

There seems to be no restriction for the wingmates when the leader bumps; they therefore are placed in formation and are treated as having fully executed the maneuver.

(Although I think they should be placed but not treated as having fully executed the maneuver.)

Unless, of course, the wing leader bumping ends up meaning there's no room for a particular wingmate. In which case, have them try to preform the dialed maneuver, and they end up where they end up.

As page 5 of Epic Battles. Wing Leader moves and follows the normal rules. Then wing mates are moved into formation (there is no change in these rules if the wing leader bumped) and take an action.
