Idea is, to fly them in a pretty compact formation. Redemtion and first round engineering commands guarantee, that all nebs get instant shield upgrade

Just some cursory thoughts on the squadrons: Rather than B-Wings, I’d recommend A-Wings or something that can do serious anti-squadron work. You’re quite vulnerable to squadrons and need something to cover that weakness. Also, your B-Wings will only come into play if you happen to be facing a squadron-less opponent said you don’t have Intel.

Had you thought about Turbolaser Reroute Circuits or Linked Turbolaser Turrets instead of Spinal Armaments? You don't get as many shots but it improves your chances of doing damage. There are few things more disheartening than a 4-red-dice roll that gives you one damage, two blank faces and an accuracy. Caitken and Shollan (reroll all red dice) might also be a good option.

Four YT-2400s would cost 64 points and provide an effective fighter screen that moves fast and does plenty of damage. The remaining 5 points could be put towards Toryn Farr which would help your flak attacks and YT2400 attacks.

Just tried a Vanguard with Gunnery Team and LTT for a reroll, IMHO not worth it. I also think Caitken and Shollan is the team to go.

Maybe it is even the one and only worthwhile place for a sensor team??

Redemption is a good call with ASTs as your can add 2 shields on turn 1 with an engineering command.

You'll probably get more out of Garm with this fleet, or maybe Sato, than Dadonna. Garm with Redemption means 3 engineering groom your tokens which can be a shield and moving a shield to your sides which are going to get targeted. If you take Garm drop Raymus for Ahsoka.

I agree with comments above about squads. If you're taking squads it's mainly to protect you against squads so take Shara and Tycho or go with YT2400s. And Toryn is a good inclusion for squad and flak rerolls mainly.

Oh and swap spinals and QBTs for LTTs as they'll also help vs squads

Your pool would be 1-2 reds plus an accuracy. The high damage just isn't there.
