Hey guys,

I've been toying around with a list with Lando and Cassian and I thought wedge was a nice little addition to the squad with an ace and some really nice action economy. Not many upgrades but some solid ships I think, what do you guys think?

I'm not really sure what Cassian's bringing to the party here. Neither Lando or Wedge have many problems with stress - Lando especially as Nien gives him a very blue dial and he wants to be doing blue maneuvers as often as possible.

The only real sources of stress are the red boost on the Falcon, which can be fixed for much cheaper with Engine Upgrade (or ignored because Lando is doing blue maneuvers anyway) and t-rolls/k-turns on the X-Wing, which you have Leia for.

Why not just put Leia on the Falcon's second crew slot and take a different third ship?

If you want a U-Wing, why not take Bodhi Rook for 2 points less, a bump in Initiative and an ability that makes it easier for the U-Wing or Lando to co-ordinate locks, if needed? Or Magva for a point cheaper and a defensive buff to all three of your ships?

A Partisan Renegade with Tactical Officer would also give you an I1 medium base blocker that can sit in one place and rotate for up to two turns with Leia on the board, as well as co-ordinate pre movement repositions, if needed. Heff Tobber can do the same with some added benefits if you give him Intimidation and Zeb, but that combo probably isn't quite worth the points.

Basically, I feel pretty much any other U-Wing pilot would be better for this list than Cassian.

Yeah. Use Magva or saw.... Also Leia seems.... expensive for this squad because lando rarely moves red. And the others can be coordinated
