Alter Ego and Vulture

By Yivrael, in Marvel Champions: The Card Game

If Vulture is put into play...but you are in alter ego form. What happens?

The game breaks. You can't play it anymore. :P

Kidding of course, I'd be fairly confident in saying Vulture can't attack you if you're in alter-ego form so nothing happens. Similar to the discussion going on in the backflip thread.

Quickstrike — After this enemy engages a player, it immediately attacks that player if they are in hero form.

I see that on Page 10 of the rulebook now. The actual card phrases it a little different and we never thought to check the main rulebook for a printed card.

True, the vulture just says attacks your hero; it’s good to note that Hero and Alter-Ego are always used to distinguish between which side of the card is face up, and many of the treachery cards specify one or the other.

This becomes especially important for obligation cards, where it’s generally a choice between exhausting the alter-ego or something much much worse.
