So on your turn you can ask players to use actions/abilities they have in play. I have a question about generating resources. If a player can generate a resource with one of their actions, can you ask them to do so and use that resource?
In particular, I'm thinking of Peter Parker's ability to generate a science resource. Assuming he hasn't used the ability during the round yet, can I ask his controlling player to use that ability and then utilize that resource to pay for one of my cards?
This differs from, say, the Helicarrier which clearly states that you can pick a player and the next card cost is reduced by one.
