With the new Sugondese leaks showing a bunch of cool ships, I'm wondering how long I'd have to wait for them to be added to the game.

I remember hearing in 1.0 that the full development cycle was around 2 years, although I would expect that the points being adjustable could potentially lower this to 18 months as playtesting does not need to complete before printing begins.

Have we heard anything about the length of the current development cycle? What are the odds that FFG had a year or longer of prior knowledge of these ships?

FWIW, I expect that we will see RoS ships in xwing around wave 8. Maybe wave 7 if Disney gave ffg inside knowledge.
