Near Unitless Orc Reaper Deck

By jogo, in Warhammer Invasion Deck Building

With the success of the reapeter decks, I asked me, why not do the same thing with a destruction deck?
Two points against destruction: No City Gates for pumping up Contested Stronghold, but so you are sure that you will get your Reaper. Only one global spell.
The massive point for destruction: Enemys will be destroyed and not just stopped for one attack or be bounced.

I choosed orc, because one got LC, Easy Pickin's, Foot of Gork, Pilgrimage and ultimatly the now even better Troll Vomit.
Against supports you have Pillage and to some point Milk/Hex.

2 Abandoned Mine
3 Contested Stronghold
3 Contested Village
3 Easy Pickin's
3 Foot of Gork
3 Innovation
3 Pilgrimage
3 Pillage
3 Reap What's Sown
3 Reaper Bolt Thrower
3 Smash-Go-Boom!
3 Treasure Vaults
3 Troll Vomit
3 Warpstone Excavation
3 Witch Hag's Curse
3 Lobber Crew
3 Orc/Dark Elf Alliance

The Chaos/DE epics could possibly included, I need some testing with them.
Alliance is there for L. Probably you should keep one LC until you played your attack spells in one round.

I just asked myself this SAME question about a week ago and built several different types of a Destruction Reaper deck. I don't limit myself to no units but I don't include very many.

Reap What's Sown isn't that useful I've found and the Witch Hag's Curse also ends up being a bit of a coaster though it does depend on which deck you play.

I favour Naggaroth Spearmen in Destruction control decks as they let you buy a province when you manage to establish a decent economy: they're essentially a targeted Bolt Thrower.

I'm still workin' on Thrower decks, "good" and "evil" ones. :)

The Orc/DE version gives even more control than the "HE" one, with lots of removals and stuff...

Anyway, you don't have any protection against oppo's control and all you have to do is play the Reaper and, if it gets destroyed, win "in response". :)

Lobber crew is good and enough. I wouldn't put other Units in it.

I'll take a look in depth at the list for further comments and maybe post my version, just to compare and discuss them... :)

i'm working on a unitless destruction deck atm, i'll post my list up too

Played a bit with it and removed Reap What's Sow and added Spearman. It has beaten all the decks my local guys throw on me.

At the moment I am testing the inclusion of Gutter Runers.
