Experience with pre-orders direct from FFG??

So, I did my first pre-order direct from FFG for the Huge Ship Conversion Kit and the Epic Kit. It’s scheduled to arrive tomorrow, Monday. Fantastic.

I have several other items I want to order so my question is:

If multiple items are pre-ordered at the same time with different release dates, does FFG ship each item as they are released or do they hold the whole order until ALL items pre-ordered are released?

I've never had an issue with a FFG preorder and they now have free shipping I believe. If anything, I get my order a few days before it's in the hands of the general game store.

I do recall an issue with delayed dial covers a few waves ago that was causing people headaches with preorder, but they may have solved this by now. In general, if I know things are releasing at different times, I'll place separate preorders just to be sure. This wouldn't prevent what happened with the covers, but that hasn't happened in several releases at this point (knock on wood).
