As the title says, anyone have pictures on how they use the insert? I am not sure what you are suppose to use to divided the cards.
Anyone have picture on how to store cards in the insert?
I plan to make my own dividers
I just cut foam core board into dividers. 4 3/16" x 2 1/4" fit nice and snug.

Whatever you can come up with honestly.
My roomy uses empty hard "premium" deck card sleeves as dividers. I use the cardboard dividers from Marvel Legendary since I have jillions of surplus dividers from that. I should imagine that some garden variety index cards (of appropriate size) could work just fine.
I used plastic toploaders and put my hero cards in them.
I'm working on a 3D printed design for my box

Me too. Design is done. Test print is mostly finished. There are two long rows for card storage with dividers that can slot in. Down the center is a token box with slide out lid and then another box that stores the HP dials. My plan is to put the design up on Thingiverse as soon as the test print is complete (probably tomorrow).
The plan is to keep all of the scenario/villain cards in the box and then to keep all the players cards in a binder.

I'm just printing dividers to go into the provided insert for now. I may work on something more advanced eventually, and I definitely want a token tray to keep things organized while playing. Definitely post that thingiverse link here when you're ready, though!

Will do. I've done box inserts for a couple of FFG games. I prefer to post with a few actual print photos. Expect probably tomorrow. Maybe tonight.
11 acryliccard dividers, and 1 wooden (ran out). You can get these dividers from go7gaming.com or thebrokentoken.com. I forget which one it was. Just make sure they are compatible card did very to use with say Arkham Horror.
With the acrylic, I can see my cards vs using foam board which will cover up the card.
