Use matched initiative 3 to move around without worrying about bumping too much, while making it very difficult for your opponent to not bump. Overlap firing arcs so that anyone blocked by one of your ships can be shot by another. With enough crowding you might even be able to catch an opponent on a rock with 4-LOM. Sol can pinpoint toss his proximity mines in the melee, Seevor can strip tokens/locks if your opponent manages to get any, and also don't mind going over rocks, making maneuvering a little bit easier.
