Hope this isn't the new normal. I know that we have a Destiny, X-Wing and KeyForge group at my store each Thursday.

The new release on Friday means some players will be waiting a week longer.

And for the communities that have developed for a Thursday release are now facing change or disappointment.

I think they've been on Friday releases for quite a while now. Even the website updates with releases on Friday's instead of Thursdays now.
