I misplaced (my kid most probabbly) the rulebook of The Corellian Conflict but I got the Rebellion in the Rim rulebook.

Any major diferences for the campaign rules ? Should I bother ffg for a replacement ?

There are many key differences between how the campaign is played, so yes, you should get a new one.
