Uncommon (flames of fame) foundation 3/5, air chaos evil, no block

F commit:add 1 foundation from your staging area to your hand, then 1 card from hand to momentum, then look momentum and 1 card from there to discard pile, then 1 foundation OR ASSET (that you could play) from discard pile to staging area COMMITTED.

Just like in side pocket... NICE SHOT!

I see a lot of potential, it's like an Owlface you do to yourself. If all goes well, you can trade any cheapo, committed foundation for whatever foundation or asset you want from your discard pile (maybe one opponent's Owlface put there for you), and even play again the removed foundation in the same turn if you kept it in your hand, while you take a chance to set-up your hand/momentum. The only problem is that it enters committed so you would normally have to wait a whole turn to be able to use it.

Dancing Battle Kabuki could be a perfect fuel for it, and air can ready the new card with shooting capoera if it's a foundation.

Thoughts? Ah, and please ignore the fact it has evil.

Hur, I just noticed something.

Arrogance.

Fun, fun, fun card. Sure to get a lot of "huh? lemme read that again..." moments.

This card is all sorts of sick in evil now with cards like Charismatic, A Beautiful Nightmare, and Past Shrouded in Mystery. And even The Evil-Doer Destroyer and Total Global Domination to a lesser extent. I mean you have to wait an extra turn to use them again but so what.

Fish out that single Giradot's or other techage.

Giving players access to every foundation and asset in their discard pile is extremely ballsy. Remember Military Rank? The three big differences between BP and MR are: BP requires no cards to be played, MR can also grab attacks, BP gives its user no immediate advantage. FFG's really testing the bannable/unbannable boundaries of recursion.

In any event, BP should be fun for a while.

Right, and lets look at Billiards Player Vs. Military Rank a little bit more:

MR - Card went to your hand right away - it meant you could play attacks, blocks, Foundations, Assets, the whole kit and kaboodle, right away. You play two 5 Ctrl foundations, you immediately can pull back addes, or revitalize, and play them right away. The only thing that could stop it Addes or Seal of Cessation.

BP - It's an F.
It's also got a long chain of "If/Than" abilities. Break the chain and the card effect fizzeles

Going back to the F portion of it - Oral Deal, Chester's, among other effects can just negate it outright.

The foundation you drop then has a turn committed where your opponent can use a number of different abilities to destroy it. (Such as Charismatic)

It's a great card, that's tournament worthy for sure. But that was kind of the point, make cards people want to play with.

this card pains akuma6. that destiny that kept geting hacked so you couldn't get it on the feild is now playable with ease. nasty, nasty card.

I just love set 11 the format seems to be some much more fun and i havent even gotten any cars yet !!

Something makes me want to abuse this with Promo Dhalsim. I'll drop BP down, use the F, bring it back up, throw something into the momentum, discard that, then bring a card into play committed. Rinse and repeat next turn. By the end of things, all my assets and foundations will be in play!

Could also be handy with Clean Rematch for more shenanigans, or Remy's support.

I think you're forgetting none of those good decks were yours.. nor were any of them mine.

Unfortunately none of those decks got anything banzored or errata'd so I'm not sure they qualify.. and my cammy deck was very found of just completely ducking out during tourneys.

And waffle.. wroooong promo dhalsim.

Half of those cards didn't get banned/errata'd in any significant way, so I was confused!

Blah, kinda dead. By which I mean broke, so I get to look into ways of remaking frogase or cammy (or both in one deck... ooh) cheaply, which is apparently getting easier, seeing as I don't have to use moonbeams or that one stupid felicia attack as kill cards.

Apparently I dug so deep into the damage redux niche I can't get out.. I had absolutely zero ideas for other kinds of decks.
