I've made tier builder templates for each faction. Create your tier lists for whichever factions you're interested in and post them here. Tier 1 are the factions strongest figures, tier 2 are the figures that are strong but not overwhelmingly, tier 3 is for the figures that can do well in certain lists by certain players, and tier 4 are figures that are going to have a very tough time against a strong list.
