I noticed that in the rank 1 advancement for my explortor I can buy Universal Melee training, and Universal Ballistirc training as well as Logis Implant. I allready begin with these talents why would I buy these again? For instance there is absolutely no benifit that I can find for buying Logis Implant twice. Am I missing something? Someone please explain the logic to me!
