Sorry about that, between RL stuff over the last several days and waking up to the new Official Rulings I spaced today's stream. Link is to just before the X-Wing portion starts.

I’m going to LCQ and planning on either day 1 or side events the rest of the time. I have no delusions of making day 2. I doubt I’ll make day 1 from LCQ.

BUT.... that alt Wedge dial is mine!! Mine!! The only way to stop me is if they disclose the Plo prize cost is too high for me to do both. I don’t care if I end the weekend with just Plo model/card stock and the Wedge kit, having played Wednesday-Friday non stop and maybe even a bit Saturday AM. Still worth it to me.

Alt arts are OK when standard issue for all, but much cooler when it’s stuff I’m going to fly on the table!

I honestly hope that pilot-specific punches make the jump to normal prize kits. They look pretty **** cool, and are a way of having interesting loot which isn't templates/tokens/dice (which frankly some people are drowning in!).

While I love the idea of character focused dials, bases, locks, and such I do kinda wish the dials were the premium ones but painted. Makes me want to go back to the original dials to match.

Can't wait to see what other prizes are there and what they cost, would be cool to start planning out what to get.

Did anyone else laugh when they said that Manaroo could make cut at world's - having flown her recently, I'd be very surprised

I’m sure if they are popular at worlds for people wanting them, they’ll start introducing the concept at other events. Maybe not regular kit level but almost certainly I could see it at top 32 of a Hyperspace Trial.

Yea, this one made me laugh. Especially Max saying her ability is really powerful. Uh, not anymore. There are a ton of better token passers and even coordinators in the game now than range 0-1 Manaroo. Manaroo is not special anymore. She cant pass locks, she doesnt have a 360 arc. ****, you cant even put debris gambit on her to pass evade tokens to someone like Fenn. All she does is pass focus or calcs.

Honestly with all the other hits they did to the chassis, they could have made Manaroo her original pre-nerf token passer (or even a mild nerf of 0-3) and she’d be useful then but still not “really powerful”. Just powerful.

I think I’ve abandoned my idea of saving my tickets for Plo because the reality is while the paint job is cool, I’ve literally never flown Plo before. So it’s really “can I have another delta 7?” Which if I *really* just want that, I can buy one. (This is all assuming that I don’t qualify for day 1 from the LCQ).

I am now thinking my personal top priority is the Wedge dial/pack. He’s a pilot I will use and get more mileage out of for sure.

Beyond that? Probably looking at tokens or similar. Maybe an alt art if it looks cool but honestly only if it’s one I would use. There are plenty of ffg OP alt arts in my binder that are there for bragging rights when I have no plans of flying that pilot in a game.
