Invalid Deck Code on Master Vault

I've seen this reported elsewhere, but have not yet seen a response. I've got two decks that came in an AoA starter pack that won't scan into the Master Vault. The barcode date is 06/2019 and I'm in the UK.

Has anyone seen anything official on this that would help me get this sorted please?

What are the names? Are they inappropriate?

Aren't they randomly generated by an algorithm? Has the AI turned against us?

I have had this happen when I am trying to register decks that haven't been released yet (worlds collide).

Double check that you are logged in, the app will time out and sign you out, and if you don't notice and try and scan in a deck, the message makes it look like an invalid deck, but really, it just doesn't know who to scan the deck for.
