Like seriously... at this point the 9th movie could just be the Falcon taking off from the planet of salt and tears, the First Order in pursuit, and then Wedge, Lando and a bunch of B-Wings warp in and blow them all up, and I will walk out of the theater saying “that was the best 5 minutes of my life!”

Seriously, I don't see how they can resolve all the threads of the first two movies satisfactorily, plus everything they're adding into the last one, even if they bump the time for the movie past standard. Hopefully they'll just focus on doing the best they can with a few of them and leave the others, rather than trying to touch on everything and doing a poor job.

“Crummy” overstates how terrible his bucket was. A single probe droid would destroy it.

Oh, my hopes are sky-*******-high! So far the only returners from the OT who’ve bit it, were Han, Luke, and Akbar. And we already know Luke’s going to pull an Obi-Wan and hang around in his translucency. Really considering the fact that R2, C3-P0, Leia, and Chewie all lived through the 7 and 8, I think the odds are pretty good for Wedge and Lando. If not both, at least one of them.

I think the orange is a Poe thing, but if we get Wedge he might come in a new T-85 or who knows, maybe even a classic T-65. It would seem like a special Wedge paint scheme would also be good for merchandising, but not sure they want to highlight anyone else like Poe.

Not a guarantee, and only marginally likely, but there is a chance they will try to pay homage to the family that captained it through parts of 3 separate episodes. And yes, I know that wasn't the same part of the Antilles family. Do the writers and producers know that though?
