Will there be an Invocation event kit this year? It has usually been announced by now.

I don't think so - I heard rumblings that there might be invocation in the spring, so that you have Gencon in the summer, Arkham Nights in the autumn and Invocation in the spring, but I don't know if that's the case. I'd have thought something would've been announced by now if there was to be one this autumn...
