Whenever FFG thinks of it.

The rule changes (additions) I can think of are:

• Wanted Condition. There's a new condition, Wanted, which operates just like Dark Pact, but has less sever consequences.
• 
• Also, removal of a tile/connection. I don't have the rules in front of me, but it's something to the effect of, 'If a card tells you to remove a neighborhood or connection, place it back in the box. Any monster/investigator on the neighborhood or connection suffers 2 damage and is placed on an adjacent neighborhood or connection.'

Otherwise, there's a new 3-Doom/3-Clue which shouldn't require any explanation. That's about it. There's also instructions on how to construct the new monster holder, I guess.

I mean't the book that come with dead of night of what the contents are in the boxed.

Following up on this. I would like to know because I would like to pull the expansion icon so I can include it on the dividers I'm making.
