Note that such a list might be difficult to engineer in the wild. First, you can't put any unique upgrades on your fleet to start. So Brunson, Pryce, and Hondo are only going to be available by upgrading your fleets through battles. Second, in order to a earn unique officer upgrade, you'll have to fight a campaign objective at a planet with an officer slot reward. Note that a particular campaign objective can only be fought once at each planet.

I'm not saying its impossible, but unique officers are going to be much more limited in number in this campaign. Having three of them in one fleet, and therefore at the expense of the rest of your team having ANY unique officer, might be tough to justify to your Grand Admiral. ;)
