Is there a compiled list of all Black Market Items? I’m mostly looking for a list of the illegal drugs but would also like to see what else there is out there. Thanks!

Not really. The Gear book that just came out does compile a lot, but there's no "Black Market" category. Issue is the Black Market is a local ad-hoc thing based on local laws and not some unified galactic structure.

While anything with an "R" is probably black market, that's only a broad assumption. Local laws will vary. Some worlds may outlaw very little. Some may outlaw many things. You can probably buy a beat-up disruptor rifle from a street vendor with no fuss on some worlds, and there's others where a simple personal commlink might be considered a black market item and possession of an unlicensed comm is a capital offense.
