AIt comes down to “who” is reading. The designers certainly do - the producer certainly does - but they don’t have a say on such matters.

So it’s important to have a multi vectored approach on feedback to hit as many points as possible. The more points, the more talk internally, and hopefully, the more action generated.

Sorry to bring this up again but has there been any new information? I have one more store in my area to try and I am getting way deep into google searches (lucked out and found a gladiator and two raiders for retail from a store many states away). Hoping for another gladiator and a couple of light cruisers but ebay prices are ridiculous.

E-Bay is what it is. I am sure there are still ships sitting in stores somewhere, you just have to find the right one. I found a Light Cruiser a couple weeks ago. The problem is finding them before an educated player or ebay reseller finds them and puts them up for Resale.

The Light Cruiser actually got a reprint not that long ago and didn't stay on shelves long. It is also a prime candidate as a dual faction ship with Clone Wars coming, could FFG be planning a repack for it? Maybe.

I feel for new players trying to find certain Imperial ships at the moment. Maybe you have a local play group where someone will let you borrow a ship or two when you play until you find the ships you are looking for.

Not being able to get the Gladiator for a new players is somewhat annoying. I haven't played many games, but that ship sure seems to be on a good number of Imperial lists.

Yep. 3rd time in two months.

I feel I've been super lucky in getting almost all the ships in the past two months since I started so really can't complain.

The ISD (got mine last week) being hard to find was the most shocking. After the x-wing and the falcon it is one of star wars most iconic ships. How that is not perpetually in stock is absurd.

But the light cruisers have always been out of reach.

Makes me glad I got my trio of Aquitens first print. Between ISD's, light cruisers and fighter squadrons being constantly out of print I do wonder how they expect new players to get stuff.

I have no idea. I am a new player and I've had to put in a silly amount of time into sourcing ships. Frankly it's quite ridiculous.

Just getting a group together to play. Fortunatly a few of us have huge collections and can lend out, but the light cruiser shortage really hurts. Arquitens gun line fleets seem to be very easy to field for a starting out imperial player.

I really feel for you. I started playing about a year ago but it still took me 9 months to source a Chimaera and while I got a single Raider and Arquitens back in January there's been nothing available since, and I'm not paying £40 on EBay for them, which is what they're going for at the moment. One answer might be to track down players in your area and share with them, but it's not a great answer. There's a good Facebook page with lists of players if you're in the UK.

Still trying to get a second ISD and a Chimera though.

Haven't seen any light carriers, raiders or gladiators at all.

On the plus side seems heaps of places are trying to sell victory class for cheap, but I already have two, dunno if I want a third.

Keep a close eye for big lots on Facebook/ebay. You can pick up some good deals if you are quick.

Keep track of gaming stores. One of my locals randomly got 10 quasars in stock, completely out of the blue.

Im still looking to get my first pack of Rebel fighters 2 ive been looking for the past year and a half.

Buying online is almost impossible as shipping to my part of the world is sometimes 2-3 times the cost of the product.

Well, if you live in the US, Amazon has the Imperial Light Carrier for about $23. Similar pricing on eBay it looked like. But FFG should be trying to get these in stock at stores instead of letting random people control their market. I thought that was the point of them trying to control who could list them on their webstores in the first place.

I'm in Australia unfortunately, so it gets even tougher to source a decent supply of ships.

I got into Armada and already most stuff was out of stock, just barely managed to get a copy of the fighter squadrons 1 when they were briefly available.

I have the same problem being in Australia.

Sometimes US sellers have great deals, but shipping is ridiculously expensive.

I can't justify spending more than double the cost in shipping fees

Which is Frankly, Ridiculous.

You guys have * FOUR * Authorised Distributors. You should be slamming at their Phones, and if they're not providing product, Slamming the Contact Points for FFG Themselves so they get Penalised for not Importing the Product... If its because of an FFG issue, then that should get their attention too ...

Rally the Troops. Have every Australian Player you know hit the Contact Link on the FFG Site and slam it through to Marketing if nowhere else .

Rejoice, it looks like quite a few Armada items just appeared on the "On the boat" list (fight squadrons for both sides, Imperial Raider, and ISDs - at least).
