Are there any sort of blank Templates out there for Force Powers? I want to make a custom Force Power (Force Absorb specifically) and it would be a LOT easier if I had a Template I could fill out. A computer program based one, not a printable sheet to be clear.

I don't know exactly what you're envisioning it doing, but Protect/Unleash can ablate (absorb?) any sort of damage from any sort of attack (and I personally expand that to any sort of damage, period, like say, a vehicle crash or a fall or non-targeted explosion, "ambient flame", so on, if they have that Control upgrade).
Endure can negate (absorb?) Criticals.
And Heal/Harm absorbs others life directly, doing damage to them and giving it in healing to yourself, or indeed death for life.
Are you sure your Power is necessary? What does it do?

For instance, here is how I would do the base power:

If they were struck by a standard Lightsaber however the user would take 4 wounds unless their armor has Cortorsis and as such ignores the Breach quality. Later enhancements would increase the amount of soak absorbed up to 6 before 2 soak physical is added as the final (kinetic energy) upgrade in exchange for another FD commitment required. Other branches would allow the user to commit a FD to use Conversion, using the wounds/strain soaked by the power (attacks negated by natural and armor soak can't be used) in a previous round in place of Force Pips rolls to use any other power the user has bought in greater amounts, working in tandem with the amount of energy the user could soak. All other rules necessary to use the other Force Power apply as normal. One enhancement would let the user use an open energy source within engaged range for Force Pips such as an torch flame or even their own lightsaber blade, but using it with one's own equipment will damage it one step. In exchange, one MUST release the energy absorbed by attempting to use it to fuel a Force power in the next round or they will take three times the wounds/strain soaked at the end of the round after they absorbed it. Mastery enhancement of the conversion branch would let the user use the base form of another Force power once per round as a maneuver instead of as an action after soaking an energy attack with Force Absorb, but uses all Force Pips granted by Force Absorb when doing so.
Ya I think Protect/Unleash is exactly what you are looking for. The protect portion works exactly like tutaminis.
(if you have 4 willpower and 4 ranks of strength the minimum amount of damage you can reduce energy weapon damage by is 9.... the STRONGEST lightsabers deal only 10 damage and are energy based). You can even use it as an out of turn incidental like shown in the fight between Satele and Malgus.

Nope. Protect/Unleash It doesn't have the ability to be used as fuel for Force Powers, it's restricted to be effective only when directly attacked by something or someone, it can be used to cover another person, and Unleash can be used to directly harm someone. I'd like to be able to do things like walk through a hail of blaster fire and use the same energy I'm being attacked with to fry the attackers with Force Lightning (which would also be an energy based attack that could be used with Tutaminis) or something. I'd also prefer it was a commit Force Ability instead of requiring a roll and besides, I'd like something for Force Users that are starting out as opposed to Protect/Unleash which is a 3 Force Rating ability. Tutaminis has more applications than simply "protect from energy".
To be honest, that seems like a pretty broken ability that makes 10-15 soak rather easy to reach.
Sounds like another reason to use Oggdudes generator. Maybe.

And with upgrades so does protect aspect of protect unleash. And what you are talking about is a high level force user ability anyway not something a novice can do. Mastery on the right side of "protect/unleash" allows the user to reflect all attacks back at the opponent that they reduce to 0 this is exactly what you are asking for with the ability to absorb the attack and use it's energy to fuel your own. One of the control upgrades allows for you to protect against ALL types of attacks not just energy. By getting the duration, control and the mastery upgrades and rolling the right amount of force pips you could do exactly what you are asking walk through a hail of fire reduce all of it's damage to 0 and then thanks to mastery have a massive blast of force energy blow all of them away. Tutaminis IS protect.
