They are watching gas clouds and considering changes, but they're currently happy with it.
Environment packs are not currently being considered for FFG official, but they pointed out they could be used for local/side events

Also they're planning on a mini-FAQ on PTA and ability queue before Worlds.

No. That's not what I was saying. they have two weeks to release Epic in time for Worlds.

In fairness, nearly half (3/7) of the factions don't yet have TIEs.
Quite a few questions and long answers about the how/why of game design related to X-wing. Nothing surprising there, but interesting.

The comment was related to the Empire having a lot of ship abilities. They consider the original Ship Ability to be Adaptive Ailerons and it came about as a way to make the TIE Striker different from the TIE Interceptor. Since the Empire has a lot of TIE variants that are pretty similar, ship abilities help distinguish between the different TIEs and somewhat define the faction.
