Listing of all unspoiled huge ship cards

By J1mBob, in X-Wing

Edit: All cards have now been spoiled!

After putting together all the cards from the Huge Ship articles and the live stream for my site Infinite Arenas, here are the remaining Huge Ship cards we have not yet seen:

Ship Cards

Echo Base Evacuees (Rebel Transport) Spoiled in Escalated Tensions

First Order Sympathizers (FO Gozanti)

New Republic Volunteers (Resistance Transport?)

Command/Crew

Stalwart Captain

Hardpoints

Ordnance Tubes (see partial spoil below)

Teams

Ordnance Team

Cargo

Adaptive Shields Spoiled in Escalated Tensions

Optimized Power Core

Titles

Assailer (Imperial Raider)

Blood Crow (Imperial Gozanti)

Bright Hope (Rebel Transport)

Impetuous (Imperial Raider)

Instigator (Imperial Raider)

Luminous (Rebel Transport) Spoiled in Escalated Tensions

Quantum Storm (Rebel Transport)

Suppressor (Imperial Gozanti)

Vector (Imperial Gozanti)

It looks to me like we should get another article or two: possibly another Raider article (Ordnance Tubes & Teams, titles), and possibly a Huge Ship Conversion Kit article (Gozanti and Transport titles). Also, part of the reason I did this was to see if any of the Huge Ship Conversion Kit titles might apply to the new factions. Based on lore, I'd say no.

Yeah, that makes me sad.

Hopefully, what it means is that a Huge ship card pack is in the works.

Or, alternatively, these are only place holder conversions, and faction-specific ships are in the works.

It actually made me happy. If the “new factions” had more titles in the conversion kit, then that would likely be all we get. With just a single pilot card per huge for new factions, they must have something planned... and the less they give us now, the sooner the new faction huge ships will be here...? Glass 1/4 full?

Just realized we have a partial spoil of Ordnance Tubes available:

I'd imagine that the hidden text reads along the lines of using a mobile arc instead of the forward arc for the missiles/torpedoes.

This alongside Mag-Pulse Charges or Concussion Missiles could be hilarious.

My guess:

You can perform [torpedo] and [missile] attack (stats? abilities?)

as bonus attacks. You must follow the

[forward arc] requirement of your equipped [torpedo] and

[missile] upgrade cards.

Bonus Attack: Spend 1 [energy].

Bonus Attack: Spend 1 [energy].

That'd certainly fit the spacing, but why would they need to specify satisfying the attack arc, unless some other card can mess with it?

I agree that's an open question. It might be that every other hardpoint upgrade is a turret, while Ordnance Tubes is the only-non turret hardpoint upgrade. So they wanted to make it very clear that this hardpoint upgrade is not able to fire through side arcs...? Just conjecture.

I can see Ordnance Tubes being limited to front arc... The munitions attacks are pretty powerful. I could also see it not requiring energy to perform the bonus attack. It could just be "Bonus Attack: perform a [turret] or [missile] attack."

Updated the list in the OP for cards in Escalated Tensions.

A TIE/sf style must treat as Turret Arc also fits the spacing.

Oh, you might be right...

New possible wording:

You can perform [torpedo] and [missile] attack (stats? abilities?)

as bonus attacks. You must treat the

[forward arc] requirement of your equipped [torpedo] and

[missile] upgrades as [single turret].

Bonus Attack: Spend 1 [energy].

Bonus Attack: Spend 1 [energy].

...the problem I have with this is the card doesn't seem to have room for the side-bar that would add the "rotate turret" action like all the other hardpoint weapons do. Now I'm getting waaay speculative, but maybe Ordnance Teams adds the rotate action, kind of forcing you to go Ord Tubes+Teams to get it to work...?

New Republic Volunteers (Resistance Transport?)

I just realized that if you are completely new to XWM 2.0 the Resistance does not have a Huge ship release. . .

I mean... none of the ships are coming out at the same time, anyways, so CIS and FO have to wait a bit after the Republic gets the Tantive IV. It sounds likely that the Rebel Transport will come shortly after the Raider, with the Imperial Gozanti shortly behind.

Plus they have Bombers! It’s not terribly unthematic to play Resistance without huge ships, in that regard.
