A question for anyone who has gotten his/her hands on the BARC speeder: how feasible would it be to swap the rider for the rebel on the AT-RT? I'd love to be able to have a Clone Driving the AT-RT and vice versa.

Not sure of the ease, but patience will probably reward you, as I'm sure the AT-RT will get a republic release.

The fact we're not getting a republic one right away had my spider sense tingling.

Since they want to move everything to hard plastic, I'm willing to bet that it's going to be a sprue model, with separate frames for the different riders.

I too expect we'll see one, and as Joewrightgm said, I wouldn't be surprised if they make it a dual faction release with different riders, cards, and slightly different upgrades in the new hard plastic sprues. I understand why they didn't want to lead right off the bat with a unit that's already in the game, but I hope we'll get it as the second or third Support option for the Republic (after the E-Web or EWHB-12)
