hello

there are cards which'll let you play cards from decks,hands,discard piles and such. some of them have texts that say "you have to pay the cost" and there are some of them saying "you don't have to pay the cost". What about the ones without texts like this?
like the T-16 Skyhopper.

also there's another question about this card. do i HAVE TO play the mod i picked from the deck, or can i keep it in my hand?

If it doesn't say that something is free, then you have to pay the usual cost for it.

In the case of this card, it says to search your deck "and play it on this support". That means it's not optional. Whenever something is optional, it says "you may" do whatever. That's standard wording in this game.
