NANTEX QUESTIONS - This thing has too many rules and interactions

I am going to call you out a little here. Someone mentioned this in your other forum topic not 16 hours before you posted this.

I can only speculate, but I guess you were hoping for someone to say "uh...not sure." for you to then go "Aha! See the rules are needlessly complex."

It does not have the ordnance icon, therefore it grants range bonuses. Not just attack bonuses, not just defence bonuses. It grants range bonuses. Period.

Here’s a weird question (probably asked elsewhere) that I’m not even sure how to break it, but wouldn’t Plo be able transfer a tractor token away from a friendly ship?

Yep, that'd work.

As to breaking stuff, he might just be an OK counter Tractor/Nantex. Whether you're first or second player, you could un-tractor a ship to give it back a green die (and deny Sun Fac or Chertek their pilot abilities), as well as to move Plo. Since Plo's player is moving the token, they would have the choice of which way to go.
