I've been playing Resistance mostly, and slightly disagree.

Rebels can really capture the feel of, "I'm throwing a bunch of X-Wings and Ywings at you! Torpedoes and ragtag rebels!"

But whenever I shoot for that same feeling with Resistance, it ends up pretty bland since all the ships are more expensive (ie Jess & the Reds, all I3s or 5A, exact same load outs).

Resistance works best when it's built as an "all-star" faction (one pod + 1 X + 1A, etc).

Feels very different competitively from Rebels, and I have to say I do miss my mixed rebel beef salads sometimes.
