It's a bit of an unusual request but I'm going to Worlds and I'd like to purchase Blitz Bowl for a friend, since this game is not available in France.
Is anyone going to Worlds and willing to sell it or trade for XWing promo items?

I can’t really help you with this, but what I can say is if you mean the kinda miniature board game version of blood bowl from GW, it’s apparently in stock in the Roseville Barnes & Noble, which is a reasonably quick Uber ride from the location of Worlds.
