I just watched this episode.
*spoiler alert*
Watching the heroes and a bunch of battle droids fight against the Empire opens up the possibility for some cool scenarios. I hope they make a Super Tactical Droid for the Separatist Army.

glad you're liking the show
I suspect they will end up making Tactical Droids be the CIS' generic commander like the Rebels and Empire have the officers and that we will get a Super Tactical Droid in the form of Kalani as a cheaper commander option.
I agree.
I'd expect a tactical droid to be the generic, with super tactical droids like Kalani as named commander. I'd also love to see OOM-9, from Episode I, in the game as a stupidly cheap commander, but who's limited to just B1s, Droidekas, and AATs.
I see no reason not to have a rogue person of power commanding forces of old battle droids, fighting rebels/imperials. Similarly, I could see a band of organized militants clothing themselves in old Clone armor and fighting rebels/imperials. Also rebels being used as generic organized 3rd party militants in CW era. The only one that's tough is using an Empire collection in a CW game.
Which is why every faction needs generic commanders. So you can the more easily write crazy stories in your games with friends.
It could be early imperials taking down republic holdouts.

There's generic oom upgrades already shown in the unit upgrade pack and the aat.

Well there is that whole level in the original Battlefront 2 where the Empire sends its forces against Kamino after the planet rebels and uses Clone Troopers against the Empire.

The Original 2? There a Battlefront Two 2? Star Wars is such a mess nowadays.

Yeah, it "upgrades" the unit to the OOM-series battle droid. I'd like the character/particular droid OOM-9 as a named commander.

Yeah, there's a Battlefront, Battlefront II, Battlefront (2) and Battlefront II (2). Get with the times, man!

There are the classic Battlefront games back from the PS2/Xbox era that can still be played on Steam and then there are the new EA Battlefront games that they threw out there to make money based of name brand and being the only Star Wars game out after quite some time.
What scale of miniatures do these games have? 😃

Depends on how big your screen/TV is.
