And it is finally coming out in the UK. Weirdly Asmodee UK hasn't given it a specific release date, but it's in their "stuff coming out next week" booklet .

Has RitR actually released? I've been to four different game stores in my area (Dayton, OH), and none of them have any copies yet.

Officially, yes. Released on 27 September in the US, and available on FFG's store. But they may have had some trouble distributing it.
