Hi, I am asking about proper using of wonder card Porcelain Tower. Is this only to the NEXT level up (from level II to level III) or it could be directly upgraded from level I to level IV? Thanks.

It says next highest so yeah, that would be II to III but not II to IV.

Well if you replace a 2 with a 3, then for the second card you pick the 3 you just put down, 4 would be the next highest?

Aah, I see! Yeah, that's one interpretation isn't it? I figured you had to pick the two cards to upgrade first, then upgrade both, so they'd have to both be in your row to start with and therefore couldn't be the same card, but it is indeed ambiguous.
