Sabbac

Has anyone revised the Sabbac rules based on the Solo movie?

Yes.

Living in Orlando and having a friend associated with "The Big Mouse" they were able to pick up a copy of the new Sabacc game (you misspelled it!) and I actually got to play a 'round.'

I like the new rules. Beats the pants off of Poker in that it's easier to figure out who won and lost.

I don't know how often I'd actually play a game like that, but I'll probably pick up a set and throw it on the Star Wars shelf.

I could see using it as a "warm up" game while the crew waits for players to show up though.

Picked up a copy on my trip to Batuu. Played dozens of games. Definitely a game that requires betting much like your typical poker but it doesn't have rules for that, though one could add some in pretty easily. It's fun and fast, though I haven't gotten to test it with a group larger than 3 players. The rulebook is poorly written and it took us a few playthroughs to figure out the rule on discarding a card on the gain action (basically if you wanna discard a card when drawing a new one you have to discard first so everyone knows you didn't discard the one you just drew). That and a couple misprints for example hands make the rulebook kinda poorly made. The game itself is probably best bang-for-your-buck at Batuu. Lightsabers are pretty great too but if you're going for cheap, Sabacc is highly worth the 16 bucks.
