General Grievous as a tactical relay?

By Prosk_019, in X-Wing

Would that sit well with you?

Edit: Haha okay sorry, I should clarify that I mean General Grievous AS a tac relay in the game, with a different effect to his crew and pilot abilities.

He generally works better as a flanker, meaning possibly staying far from your own units. Don't know if it's the best platform to carry a tactical relay...

I think the question is if he could BE a tactical relay. Like Kraken is.

Ah. Hm, never thought of that...

But I doubt so. I believe tactical relays will be tactical droids.

Yeah Grievous already has a crew card and it makes no sense for him to be sitting on Wat Tambor or Seer’s lap trying to direct droids while they fly a bellyrub

A Tactical relay is clearly a high band communication suite to direct your squadron from, so as funny as that is, by that logic all the other tac droids are doing that too.

From what I can recall, Grievous commands his forces in a similar manner to the tactical droids. Both often find themselves either appearing as a hologram in the ship of an on-site commander, or sat in the bridge of a cruiser. At least that's how I remember it.

I have been using him to carry Kraken.. That 0-3 range is usually enough to cover your ships. But I have been using him as flanker, very good at that.

I have been using Outmaneuver for him. Had good success with that..
