Actually the 2.0 release doesn’t happen until next week. It would probably stand to reason that they don’t have replacement parts for unreleased content.

Hate to be sarcastic on you (sarcasm?), but how much foresight does it take after unpacking the conversion kit to notice they did not come up with a replacement part for this abomination of a peg we had for 1.0 Ghost? If they haven't made one to squeeze it to the Kit then the only next logical timeframe to manufacture one is at 2.0 release of the Ghost. Up until this happens, there's no "new, compatible peg" they could really send to anyone, anywhere.

So it really isn't the Customer Services' fault, they've been waiting for another team (development) and an external party (manufacturer) and they can only start sending replacement parts once there's something to replace (so not before release).

The overall community experience with the CS seems to be strikingly positive, including handwritten notes coming in with replacement pieces.

To call out so bold a failure and imply the CS has deteriorated because thay can't come up with a single piece of a very specific dedicated upgrade/replacement part that the design and development team hasn't even figured out yet - it is unjust overreaction.

Nobody has a problem with FFG CS, neither do you, as you clearly write, they email you back saying "they haven't got the part and will send it if/when they get it" (which is the truth), as the 2.0 Ghost has not been released yet.

You strike me as a person, whose DVD of "The Last Jedi" broke, and now you want Disney to send you "The Rise of Skywalker", FOR FREE, AND RIGHT NOW - and if they dont you write on a Disney forum and ask if anyone else was having problems with Disney?

The original peg has no way to be used alongside a turret indicator. With Ghost having a turret slot, this is a possible inconvenience.

For this exact reason the 2.0 Ghost mold has been updated to use more standard peg.

There are several aftermarket acrylic turret markers available for the ghost for those that really want them.

Wasn't there an earlier post that showed a turret indicator on the front vertical? A simple if inelegant solution.
