The stats for Tommy are the same, and the ability and elder sign effect are similar. For Agatha does anyone think the stats will be the same and the ability and elder sign will be similar too.

I think it's unlikely; "Wagatha Dane" seems to have the canine version of Daisy's statline and health/san, the Investigator ability of Wendy Adams and the Elder Sign ability of Finn Edwards. If she does come out and has those abilities and stats (only, you know, human) she would be the most derivative investigator yet seen.

Still, food for thought.

We need a Tummy-Rubs Promo card now. It is funny that Tommy was pretty much spoiled in that article.

It's worth noting Tommy is very close to Roland (just a shift of 1 health for 1 sanity). So maybe that is Agatha's stat line. Her gag text though is extremely close to Wendy's. So that is suspicious. It's probably only one sneaky spoiler. In April Tommy was clearly done with his design to meet the Dream Eater's production schedule. Agatha's design on the other hand was probably not finalized.

Jenny and Lola both have straight 3s. With so many investigators there is gonna be repeats in a 4 number stat line. So I'm okay with it. I like that there is a cop stat line in the game.

Different HP/San totals though

Well to be fair I guess there doesn't need to be repeated stat lines, but I doubt they'll give us a stat line that totals higher than 13 considering what we've seen so far. Also they don't really seem to wanna assign a stat higher than 5. So that limits them.

From what I know about other card games, cards yet to be released are designed at least a couple years in advance. Then again, I can't say this for certain with Arkham Horror. I just assumed all the investigators were already designed, so they know how to make all the player cards work well with all the investigators and they don't end up making major design mistakes.

Yes they have said that they design cycles in advance but I’d imagine those designs are not finalized until they actually send the designs off to the printers, which meant Tommy was definitely done by the time the article was released. Agatha maybe or maybe not. I agree that Matt and crew probably have at least a tentative design for all the current investigators in the Arkham files line. I would if I were him.
