Anyone out there?

I was considering a customized long Las that added one or two magazines that could hold hotshot Las packs and has an ammo selecter that les you switch clips as a half action.. Useful for a sniper who sees a juicy special target worth a hotsnot pack while picking off mooks.

How hard should this be?
