Norra can regen and repair like crazy with this setup,

So the idea is to have Norra in the face of the enemy, and make her hard to take down. The synergy is to have Airen make her barrel roll into enemy or double mod. Airen with clusters can proc her ability triceps, so Blount can double mod adwell. Blount will have his synergi with Norra close up into the enemy.

Cassian will remove the stress where it is needed the most.

what you guys think? My worries is how to fly this when knowing my highest initiative ship medium base want to be in front between the enemy and rest of the squad.

Optional: remove cluster missiles on Airen and put Leia/Tac officer on Cassian.

This just ditches the missiles and veteran tail gunner from Norra and turns that into Leia and Jyn Erso. Jyn can let Norra or the headhunters turn focuses into evades, which should make Norra even harder to kill, and at least give the headhunters a chance to live when somebody looks at them the wrong way. Top it off with crackshots all around because I had two points to spare after giving it to the two z95s.
