This idea isn't so much a "Sith tomb" as it is just a tomb built by a Sith, but here goes...
Like many Sith, Darth Whatzit was obsessed with immortality. Whatzit's approach was conduct experiments where he uploaded people's consciousness into a digital avatar or an AI construct with a droid body. His test subjects would be force sensitive individuals that he would lure to this planet, train, and then pit them against each other or force them to have their personalities uploaded. His ultimate goal was to create a system where he could fully upload all his experiences, memories, and thoughts into an avatar or droid. Ideally he would even retain the ability to use the Force. The heroes would enter the tomb with the goal of finding the final results of his research.
Each room in the tomb could be the resting place of a different one of Whatzit's victims/apprentices. Maybe his early ones were total failures and it's just a Sith's body. Then he gets partial success and more and more of each Sith's personality gets uploaded, creating more and more self-aware or sentient avatars that demand the players solve puzzles or challenges or quests to progress. They remember more and more of their life as a person. Maybe there are some that blur the line between successful attempt and malfunctioning program and start to believe that they ARE the person. And then finally maybe there are some that have a degree of control over the Force.
I'll leave the ending to you and your players. Maybe there is also another group of grave robbers in the tomb searching for the same things for a competiting purpose. Maybe they find Whatzit's tomb itself, where his memories and experiences live on. Maybe his apprentices caught on and just killed him, proving the folly of his life's work. Maybe he tried to upload himself and failed. Or maybe he was totally successful and now seeks a way to escape his tomb. Or he's just a degraded AI, cut off from the Force and trapped under the dirt in a nightmare of his own making. Maybe Whatzit can even be turned away from the Dark Side after death and finally learn acceptance of his situation. Perhaps it is up to the players to choose what to do with his research and to decide his ultimate fate.

Don't get me wrong, I see you are newand it's not a problem, but you ask questions, that indicates you didn't even tried to search for it in the first place.

If you play the original Knights of the Old Republic (KotoR) game, you'll get plenty of ideas, since you have to clean out four temples...
I'm starting to think that the real reason the Sith died out is that they all got killed by their own architecture while attempting to attend religious ceremonies.
