You might want to swap to Bright Hope from Quantum Storm. -1 damage an attack is pretty strong on a flotilla.

Are you sure about both C&S and TRC on the Vanguard? Seems too much dice modification to me. I would use LTT, and another weapons team.

What @sasska said. TRC is using your one evade. LTT and Gunnery Teams for an extra point maybe? I’m thinking you need to drop Yavaris/Ray and get some more Rogues and A-Wings, and maybe drop BCC unless you do get lots of bombers. Quantum Storm over Bright Hope is a personal preference for the role you want. I prefer QS for the extra move and rely on the Scatter rather than -1 hit. That’s my personal thought anyway.

DTT. LTTs are the new hotness but unless you are worried about aces DTT is better than LTT for nebulons. You are typically firing once a round and a reroll, take the best is more often usefull than a normal reroll. That and cheaper.

Gunnery team would give him the extra attack so in this situation I could see using LTT. But I agree DTT is better on nebs overall.
