Not sure where to put this so please move it does not fit here, but I was looking for someone to help me out. I need 2 mons created for some minor clans and everything I come up with sucks.

Well....searching for Bear Clan Mon using the googles produces the following by a Rebecca Dell on deviantart:

Alternatively, just recolour the Clan Ghost Bear icon from Battletech, as it doesn't look 'that' wrong for a Rokugani Mon (aside from it blatantly being a polar bear)

For that matter, you could adapt the Clan Nova Cat one for your Panther Clan.
