I had the same thought on the ships, but I do like your 3PO angle that would make sense to me.

the person with the red lightsaber isn't rey. or it doesn't look like her base off her face feature. Me thinks she is Mara Jade. the emperors secret assassin that wouldn't of been there during the fall of the emperor but would of come to his place of his death to confirm it.

I'm pretty sure that is Daisy Ridley. What is likely causing your confusion is her makeup. It is changing how we see the lines of her face, giving it a sharper look. This changes how we see her features.

Nah. Rey turns evil, or it's a vision.

My prediction is Rey is Palpatine's daughter (hence why she always can best Kylo with no training).

I really hope that isn't a "dead flotilla" just like the Heir to the Empire story. I'll be happier the less similarities I find with two of the best book trilogies from legends, which is why I don't hold much hope.

I'm pretty sure Disney decided to borrow that idea.
